The Cooperativa Agraria Cafetalera ACPC Pichanaki was founded in 2000 as the Central Association of Pichanaki Coffee Producers, bringing together 39 local associations with the shared mission of improving quality, gaining market access, and raising the standard of living for farming families. In 2015, it formally adopted its current name, reflecting its growth and stronger organizational structure.

ROASTER’S NOTES:  An extremely versatile coffee that's great as a French Press, Drip, and even Espresso, this Organic Fair Trade coffee has a mellow flavor profile which makes it a real crowd pleaser.  We decided to roast this one a tad on the darker side to accentuate the chocolatey nutty tones for our espresso blend and were pleasantly surprised to find subtle notes of apple and pear in the finish.  Recommended brew temperature 190f.
